1. Definitions and Introduction

In these Terms, "jetbuzz", "we", or "platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service owned and operated by jetbuzz. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who uses the service.

"Service" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, deposit and withdrawal facilities, bonus programs, and all other features that jetbuzz provides through its platform.

"Account" refers to a registered member's personal profile, where their balance, transaction history, and betting activity are stored.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Identity Verification

To open an account on jetbuzz, you must be at least 21 years old. Information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. We may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification. Providing false information will result in account closure, and any remaining balance may be withheld.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or to the same household address, they may be treated as a single person's accounts and the relevant accounts will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your password or account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately through the channels listed in our Support and FAQ section.

2.4 Account Closure and Suspension

jetbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for breach of these Terms. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a closed account will be returned via the relevant payment method.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

jetbuzz currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

3.2 Limits and Timing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur in some cases due to identity verification or other reasons.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure correct payment details. jetbuzz will not be held responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect information. If unusual activity is detected in deposit or withdrawal operations, we reserve the right to hold that transaction until it is verified.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is offered on the first deposit at jetbuzz, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To be eligible for the bonus, your account must be fully verified. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. In the example above, the wagering requirement for a ৳1,500 bonus would be ৳15,000. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Misuse

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. We reserve the right to cancel accounts and bonuses if the bonus system is misused, bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or bonuses are used as part of any coordinated strategy.

4.4 Other Promotions

jetbuzz runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which are published alongside the offer. Those conditions apply in addition to these general Terms.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance and Rejection of Bets

jetbuzz reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If the result of an event is disputed or cannot be confirmed from an official source, settlement of that bet may be put on hold.

5.2 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds, jetbuzz reserves the right to reconsider the bet at the correct odds or to void the bet and return the original stake.

5.3 Match Fixing and Fraud

Participation in match fixing, use of insider information, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.4 Casino and Live Games

All casino and live casino games are operated through licensed software providers. The rules for each game are detailed within the game's interface. If a technical issue occurs in any game, the result of that round may be voided and the stake returned.

6. VIP Program

The jetbuzz VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from Bronze through to Diamond, the maximum rates are 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for that week at the applicable rate.

Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Tier changes are based on member activity and are determined through automatic review.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbuzz platform:

• Operating an account while under the age limit or in someone else's name
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to access the platform's software or data without authorisation
• Using a jetbuzz account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Betting using match fixing or insider information
• Misusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts
• Harassing other users or disrupting the platform's operations

If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account may be immediately closed and the associated balance forfeited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared for identity verification, anti-money laundering purposes, or where required by law.

10.2 Review Period

jetbuzz will review each complaint within a reasonable time. For disputed bets, relevant data, logs, and results will be examined and the member will be informed of the decision.

10.3 Final Decision

In matters of settlement, jetbuzz's decision will be considered final, but that decision will only be made after a fair review. jetbuzz is committed to always following a fair and transparent process.

11. Limitation of Liability

jetbuzz is not responsible for any loss arising from technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party causes. jetbuzz will not be held liable if services are suspended due to circumstances beyond its control — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

In no circumstances will jetbuzz's total liability exceed the account balance associated with the incident in question.

12. Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the jetbuzz platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the property of jetbuzz or its licensors. Copying, modifying, or reusing any material without permission is prohibited.

Game software and content are protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, etc.).

13. Changes to Terms

jetbuzz reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
